Tips for best results

Why duplicates sneak in
Copying the same column twice, merging exports from different systems and differences in spacing or capitalisation all create near-duplicates. For example “Anna@Example.com ” and “anna@example.com” look different to a computer but are the same address. Trimming and case-insensitive comparison solve most of these cases.
